Do I need a scanner machine to use Aivoes?
No. Aivoes scans invoices using your phone camera or a PDF you upload, so no desktop scanner is required. If you already own one, export the PDF and upload that.
Is there a free invoice scanner?
Yes. The Seed plan is free and includes 20 scan credits, plus 5 more each month you log in. You can scan invoices and review the extracted fields before deciding on a paid plan.
Can it scan a PDF instead of paper?
Yes. Supplier invoices that arrive as email attachments can be uploaded as PDFs. Scans work across multiple currencies.
Does it work with Xero?
Reviewed invoice data can be sent to Xero. Xero isn't required — matching and export to Excel work on their own, and the Xero step is optional.
How accurate is the AI?
AI reads the supplier, date, amount and tax fields; every result is shown beside the original invoice so you can correct anything before confirming.
Is my invoice data secure?
